What if the things that bring you the most joy aren’t random — but clues pointing you towards the life you’re meant to create?
Join us for a transformative morning of guided journaling, dream-life visualisation and intention setting as we team up with Marta Rus, transformational coach and creator of The Joy Journal: Your Guide to Living Your Purpose, Choosing Daily Joy & Creating a Life You Love.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, tune back into yourself and reconnect with the things that make you feel most alive. Together, we’ll explore how joy can act as a compass — revealing what truly matters to you, your unique gifts and the direction you want your life to take.
Perfect if you’re craving a soulful reset, a little more clarity or simply want to step into this new season feeling inspired, energised and deeply aligned.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and dream-life visualisation to help you quiet the outside noise and connect with what you truly want.
Marta will then guide you through a transformational journaling session designed to uncover what lights you up, what your joy might be telling you about your bigger purpose and what your most fulfilling life could look like.
You’ll explore questions like:
✨ What brings me the most joy?
✨ What does my joy reveal about my purpose?
✨ What would I do if I wasn’t afraid to follow it?
✨ How can I bring more joy and intention into my everyday life?
Expect a supportive, reflective space to dream bigger, listen to your intuition and leave feeling more connected to yourself and the life you want to create.

1.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely.
Most girls come alone, and that’s exactly why NGC exists. You’ll
be welcomed from the moment you arrive.
2. I’m
new / introverted / shy — is this for me?
Yes Our
events are designed to feel cozy, not overwhelming. There’s no
pressure to be “on” or to talk nonstop—connections happen
naturally.
3.
Do I need to know anyone beforehand?
Not
at all. Many attendees are meeting for the first time, and the space
is curated to make that feel easy and natural. However, the more that
you come to our events, the more people you will meet again!
4.
What’s the age range?
NGC
events are open to women of different ages, backgrounds, and
experiences. What connects us is the desire for genuine connection.
